Following Briefing Note 16, the Government has set out its principles for reform of the state pension system and is seeking consensus. The PPI has mapped the proposals made by 34 organisations. These include all those originally reviewed in Briefing Note 16, along with additional insurers, business and employee groups

This Briefing Note updates the findings of Briefing Note 16 and takes stock of the reform proposals and identifies consensus between organisations.
