Operations Team

Janine joined the Pensions Policy Institute (PPI) in September 2018 and is now the PPI’s Operations Officer.  

She forms an integral part of the Operations Team, where she provides support to the Head of Finance and Operations with the smooth running of the office and the Head of Membership & External Engagement with events support.   

Janine is also the website manager, ensuring the accessibility of the PPI’s output and that all relevant information is kept up to date. She assists in organising meetings and events, credit control and reviewing and maintaining financial records. Janine is detail orientated and is part of PPI’s quality control process by proofreading articles, documents and written content to ensure it is of an excellent calibre. 

Prior to joining the PPI, Janine obtained a BA (Hons) in Sociology from the University of Kent. During her time at university, Janine supported students with various activities to help build their personal, social and emotional development and helped create social media content for her local church. 

Janine’s personal interests involve creative outlets such as written-word, scenic photography/views and painting as her recent endeavour. She has also been involved in voluntary mentoring with young people.
