Katie Banks is a partner at global law firm Hogan Lovells, and heads up its top tier UK pensions practice.

For over 25 years, Katie has focused on providing pension advice to companies and trustees and has particular expertise advising on distressed restructurings involving pensions. Katie is ranked as a leading individual in Chambers and Legal 500, the main legal directories. She is a past chair and former treasurer of the Association of Pension Lawyers and a member of the Pensions Management Institute.

Katie received her B.A. in law from The University of Nottingham.
